When you golf, sponsor or support our golf tournament in another way, you
are helping a person in South Jersey obtain better medical care. For someone
with mental illness, it can be very challenging to find a primary care physician
and to follow up on life saving medical care. Your support helps these individuals
get access to doctors, early detection of illness, intervention and follow up services.

Registration for foursomes ($1,000), twosomes ($500) & individual golfers ($250) is available. Golfers enjoy a day out on the course followed by our 3:00pm cocktail hour and buffet dinner ending around 5:30pm.

Not a golfer or can't spend a whole day away? Then join us for the cocktail hour, immediately
followed by a buffet dinner. Starting at 3:00pm and ending around 5:30pm, this includes open
bar, a great dinner, auctions and networking opportunities. Dinner tickets are $100.

return as Honorary Chairman for this year's tournament. The 5 time NHL
All Star lives in South Jersey with his family. An active supporter of his
community, he now works for the health benefit group, Crawford Advisors.
Brian can still be seen using his trademark Guffaw both on and off the ice.

At first light turn left on Centerton Road. Laurel Creek Country
Club will be on right side approximately ¼ mile.
