Description: FT position responsible for the efficient and day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered.  MA/MSW and LPC or LCSW with one year experience and valid drivers license required.  One year in Crisis like setting experience preferred. Certified Screener license must be obtained within the first year of hire.  Host facility requires pre-employment drug testing.

Description: FT position responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and supervision of our adult Partial Care Program.  The candidate should have experience & knowledge of the Recovery Model and Client Centered Care.  Responsibilities include leadership, staff recruitment and development, clinical knowledge and skill development, strategic knowledge and program development, evaluation of processes and outcomes, and consumer advocacy.  MSW/ MA with an LPC or LCSW and valid drivers license required.

Description: FT position to assist youths with serious emotional disturbance or court ordered youth and their families to connect with needed services and stabilize the child’s home environment.  Responsibilities include clinical assessment, charting, discharge planning, outreach, psycho-education, referral/linkage, service planning, supportive counseling, and transport.  BA/BS in human services related field with 2 yrs post-BA experience in child welfare, counseling and advocacy/negotiations. Master's degree preferred.  Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the current mental health system and a commitment to the community- based system of care.  Valid driver’s license required. Bilingual a plus.

Description: FT position in collaboration with the Medical Director with responsibility for meeting the medication and health education nees of clients referred by ACM, IMS, SPC, and Hospital and community referral sources.  The APN also provides expert consultation and education to staff regarding medicaltion and current health topics of concern to clients and direct care staff.  MSN with prescriptive authority for psychotropic medication, NJ Nursing License, Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist, NJ APN and valid driver license required.  Some exp with SPMI, substance abuse or dual diagnosis preferred.

Description: FT positions for a motivated individual to join our CMR team.  Schedule consists of four (4) 10-hour shifts (2 days 8A-6P, 2 evenings 12P – 10P), whose responsibilities include charting, crisis assessment and counseling, discharge planning, outreach, and referrals/linkages.  BA in a mental health related field with 5 years exp. w/children or MA with 1/yr exp w/children and valid drivers license required.  Masters degree and Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Description: FT position as a fully integrated member of the PACT Team, who provides clinical assessment, service planning, wellness counseling, case management and associated documentation as required to meet client needs.  The Mental Health Advocate focuses on advocating for service needs and coordinating entitlements and benefits.  Duties include traveling to locked institutions, community program sites and private homes.  A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health science plus two years post-bachelor’s experience in provision of mental health services and valid drivers license is required.
