Description: FT position responsible for the complete preparation and processing of biweekly payroll to include the upkeep of the payroll database and pension maintenance. Also insures that day-to-day activities related to preparing and posting journals and conducting reconciliations provides sufficient information to develop financial reports and support audit processes. Position: Manager - Crisis (Per Diem) Apply Now

Description: Per Diem position responsible for the efficient and day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered. Review of dispositions for crisis clients. The position will be expected to work varying hours and with quick availability. Some shifts will have lead notice such as requests to cover for full-time manager vacations, schedules personal days and holidays. Some coverage will be needed with short lead time for managerial call-outs due to illness. Individuals should be able to cover varying shifts encompassing days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. There will be a minimum requirement of one (1) winter holiday shift and one (1) summer holiday shift as well as one (1) shift per month depending on program need. All shifts are expected to be covered on-site. MA/MSW and LPC or LCSW with one year experience and valid drivers license required. One year in Crisis like setting experience preferred. Host facility requires pre-employment drug testing.

Description: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Administration team as a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for ongoing fiscal and business operations of the organization including preparation of: budget and modification for state-funded programs; reports of expenditures and quarterly reports to various state contracting entities; account’s receivable and payable, payroll and monthly financial reports to the Board of Trustees. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting and/or another related field; CPA/MBA preferred; seven years experience in accounting including at least four years of supervisory and administrative experience. Knowledge of non-profit accounting, IRS Form 990 and Medicaid/Medicare regulations are strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to applying business controls in a mission-driven environment are essential. Driver license required.
